Completing the Divergent trilogy, Allegiant
picks up right where Insurgent leaves off.
Tris and the others are all shocked by the release of the video at the
Erudite headquarters, which revealed the truth about the Divergent, the
factions, and what lies outside the fence.
Everyone is unsure of what steps to take now with one war behind them
yet the possibility of another one rising.
Roth, V. (2013). Allegiant. New York, New York: HarperCollins.
Roth ends strong with this final
book of the trilogy. Our interest to discover
what lies on the outside of the fence is finally answered, as we discover the
world along with the characters. We also
feel strongly with the characters of the novel as they struggle into this new
world.
