Dr. Seuss is known to
use quirky rhymes to depict real world scenarios for children. In Oh
the Places You’ll Go, Seuss is talking to an audience about how to succeed
in life. He’s saying that success starts with today. Anyone is capable of
achieving their goals and dream but they have to get out in the world to do so.
Dr. Seuss is realistic in the sense that one will face challenges and not
everything will go as planned. You might end up scared and alone, but you have
to push through the hard times for good things to come. After all, today is
your day!
